EcoTex® Technology

Out of respect for the environment as well as EPA requirements, TexPar has developed its own EcoTex® technology to create an emulsified fuel that burns more efficiently and reduces VOCs and particulate matter released to the atmosphere.
EcoTex® emulsified fuel increases production efficiency and carbon burn out of residual fuel oil while reducing plant operating and maintenance costs, eliminating the need for high-cost combustion additives or switching to more expensive fuels.
Emulsified fuel works by improving atomization from exploding water droplets and increasing the total combustible surface area of each oil droplet. TexPar's patented process produces water particles of a uniform size which in turn creates maximum fuel stability.
